I absolutely loved the 21 day plant powered shred! I can’t believe how much I was sweating on leg days without going near a treadmill, it was great!  It was also great to try a different type of training with the tri-sets, it was such a quick and effective way to train.. I also felt I learnt a lot, both from training and learning about carb cycling. I’ve loved it!


Just wanted to say a very big thank you for allowing me on the 3 week shred. Whilst the latter part of the course was harder to achieve due to my unpredictable work commitments, it really motivated me to get back in the gym! I am now hooked again and have discovered some fantastic exercises.

Adam’s programme was a great way to kickstart my training in 2017 after indulging at Christmas. It’s a level of high intensity I wasn’t used to and the different exercises and rep ranges kept it interesting. The programme takes commitment and consistency, but Adam is always there for support and advice and he swapped out exercises to tailor the programme for me. In a very short space of time I was feeling and looking fitter and have joined cycle 2 to continue training with Adam.


This was my 21 Day Transition, I lost nearly 2% body fat and got myself back on the road to great shape, my metabolism and fitness increased and I have carried it on since with cycles 2,3 and 4.
