First of all I’m non judgmental, I don’t just train vegetarian or vegans, in fact a large majority of my 1-2-1 clients are not plant based.

When I’m delivering a 1-2-1 personal training session, I don’t care about your nutritional viewpoint, I care about your technique and I’m focused on ensuring your workouts are safe and effective for achieving your goals, in the fastest route possible.

Getting into great physical shape on a plant based diet though is a win win situation, you get into great shape whilst at the same time making a bigger difference to the world around you.

Location

I train my private clients in a variety of locations from Studios, Homes and or the Great Outdoors.

  • Studio – For Gym/Studio based training @ LOMAX PT Studio, 293 Fulham Rd, London SW10 9PZ
  • Home – South West, West and Central London.
  • Outdoors – King George’s Park (Wandsworth), Clapham Common, Wandsworth Common, Eelbrook Common and Battersea Park.

Payment

  • Monthly Payments – Setup a monthly direct debit to pay for your training sessions.
  • 3 Month Package – With a 3 month package you’ll make huge savings and make a big commitment to get Fit, Strong and Healthy.

Availability

1-2-1 Training is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6am – 7pm.
